Can we just skip the winter??!
Most quadriplegics find it really difficult to stay warm in colder environments because we can't regulate our body temperature or move around to keep the blood flowing. My favorite season is summer so living in Colorado is not the best case scenario for my body.
So important to move around and massage my feet because if I ever do regain movement hopefully they won't be drooping
