E2 of Berserk Forces had the same problem as E3

Sometimes planning a cool action set piece is so exhilarating the thumbnails end up like storyboards.

I had a hunch I had made the mistake twice or 3 times. Thankfully I grew out of this phase. (Ironically this sequence was planned alongside E3R)

Grinding E3R, and organizing the work detail for the next wave of comics.

Right now with all the new elements being introduced, I’m reactivating ‘cartoons’ to get habitual with the pace and dynamics. And tbh with attrition of E3R, I need a lil outlet for everything passing through my head.

MTIO: Revision Work Insight

E3R is the only outright 'remake', after release the OG workslot returns to corrections, retcons and sometimes kitbashing.

Example: Admiral Hulk's hand is fine, so I redrew the arm/hand to give to a later panel. Fixing to problems with 1 drawing.

MTIO: General Update V2

My work schedule will kick in on the 17th. And I'll likely be working before then.

Note: Captain Jessey's hair has been changed to avoid confusion with Badger (the red haired pilot readers will meet in later episodes)

PE-OG Briefing: The Crossbones (2 Pages)

Just like the Gun-Yak, when I complete the Crossbones episodes, the sketches will be compiled into the Field Guide.

As per V/Z Plan, eventually finished pages will represent upcoming titles rather than WIPs. This makes me feel much better too!

Berserk Forces was originally a 40k story, these illustrations were the furthest I got into developing it as such. Main reason I decided not to, was simply market saturation. There’s lots of official and non-official 40k comics out there, I decided to stay in my lane!

Episode Zero will introduce a lot of concepts that will be new for both veteran and new fans.

Headhunter Clans, Section IV and the deep lore I have yet to see any Halo content revisit or discuss in depth.

Lots of fun, real insane and surprisingly pensive.
