Rocket QoL Update

Yeah, it's another Rocket update. But this one is small and very useful: A Tail Boundary to see if the fur will clip. Replaced the original file and somehow reduced the filesize by 12mb. Hopefully that doesn't mean something broke.

Figured it out while doing the Sled series, and not wanting to toggle the fur on and off....
