Just like the similar mod for CPT 2016/2017/2018 stage, the idea here is to show the condition of the stage where there is no competition ongoing, thus there is no crowds and most of the facilities are still turned off (even the TV/monitors get taken off as well or maybe get stolen lol).

UPDATE: V2 is up, now also removes the stupid-looking champion belt and/or armbelt for some characters (Abigail, Alex, Blanka, Dhalsim, Necalli, Urien and Zangief).
