It is hard to find abandoned buildings in my area. They are quickly destroyed and built over. That is why I was happy to find this old house. I was able to use if for a few shoots before it, too, was torn down.

I frequently use just one light and a window when I shoot. The afternoon sun was great coming through the window so I just used a speedlight for fill for the shots at the window. Once we moved to the bed, I shifted the key light from the window to my speedlight shooting into a white umbrella.

Jess was a real trooper. Not only did she get naked in winter during a snow, she did it several days after an operation on her ankle. The last shot shows the cast she had on.

Friday is finally here! It's been a long, busy week. We had heavy rain here today, which forced me to postpone a shoot I had planned for this afternoon. On the positive side, that actually gives me the weekend to relax and catch up on things.
