Good Gracious!

This was liner art for a cassette tape I made and attempted to sell back in 1996 - which means that basically nobody has ever seen it before now.  My $3 music patrons already know Philo.  The skunk's name is actually Funky Skunk, and the pig with the topiary hair is M.C. Mackety Mack.

According to Rick2tails this character belongs to an entity called "Remi".  I don't know what those things on her head are supposed to be.  Probably not antlers, since they appear to floof in the breeze in an animated loop.  I just draw them.  Finding out the explanation would exceed the time...
