I decided I wanted to see this pic inked and colored. Since I was playing with Manga Studio more, it seemed like a good candidate to experiment with.
So the original was sketched in pencil, but all inks and colors were done in Manga Studio.

Attached is a high resolution version of my recent Harley Quinn pic.
I tried out some different coloring techniques with this one.
The sketch was done in pencil, but inking and coloring was done completely in Manga Studio.
