Making the best of it!
I’m still going to dress up! Even with this ugly brace. Working on a chair yoga video for tonight. Hoping the doctor I see Monday clears me to take this off. Feeling a bit better 🫶🏻

Last night it was a little tight. Woke up this morning and could barely walk. X-ray was normal but I’m off to orthopedic doctor to see what’s going on.
Planning on being creative for tomorrow’s video! Maybe some chair yoga? 🫠
