The last of the recovery for my wrist is taking longer than expected, maybe I pushed too hard by leaning into doing normal activities like dishes and showering and all that, you never realize how much you use something until you can't use it anymore. I screwed up my wrist
You know when you've had your neck in a weird position all night so you wake up with some pain but it feels like you can unhook your pain by bending your neck too far in all directions so you do that and make it worse, I maaaaay have done that to my wrist. Hopefully I can work tomorrow, worst case scenario I'll just work duri...
