I got a refund and I tried the 35 a month but just got the same result Im now gonna try using apple pay to try and get the process done 😂wish me luck

soooo vimeo charged me 240 for the vimeo pro but they just took the money and didnt upgrade the plan when I tried to contact them they said it would take up to three business days to get back to me because Im a basic member soooooo yea 😅
