Small but successful binge day with lots of sandwiches, bacon, ham and pastries.
My goal for the all you can eat buffet is to be 8-9kg heavier after eating AT LEAST. 😋

My body weight was 6kg more last evening than before eating. So it should have been about that weight in foods. Not enough though!
