In addition to editing like a mad man this week, I’ve also started the ULTIMATE LIFESTYLE TRANSFORMATION thing, Uncle Troy (@certifiedhealthnut) recommenced it so I’m giving it a shot. I’m three days in. It’s a 30 day thing. I’ll let you know if it’s any good and whether you should consider it in a few weeks.
