It's Another RepeatXY Update.

Hello all. I've split the UI into two tabs. The first tab is just straight up click and drag around the waveform to repeat bits. Hello. I have added custom timing ratios on the Y axis, so if you want to repeat 3/17ths of a bar then you can. It makes the UI a bit ugly but it'll do for now.
