The wind harp sits on top of a hill near the San Francisco Airport, so airplanes were constantly going overhead while I was there. There's actually a little red light attached to the top of it, to prevent airplanes from running into it at night.

You're probably noticing a lot of old, reused artwork. As background scene dressing, I never expected these would get close scrutiny, so they were built rather cheaply and quickly out of whatever I had on hand at the time.
