Dungeon Meshi released recently in my country. It's a fun manga about a familiar but unusual group straight outta a Dungeon and Dragons campaign.

It's really funy, the art is lovely and you should take a look at it.

 Do the over-detailed hand work with the simplistic features of the face?

I think this one would look pretty good if printed.

I think it’s (and i’m) ready. I think i finally settled in a hairstyle.

And a name. Capital Hunt. Since most of the action happens in the Capital.
