Galknights Character WIP 2

I've finally started working on a new chapter of Galknights. I want to be done before September, so we'll see how much I can get done in ten days. 

This is Madeline who previously I only had a few sketches and one panel to show, but now she'll be the focus of this chapter so I want to solidify her design.

This is also another sheet in the same style. I'm really happy with how she looks in terms of outline, but the color of her sweater gave me the most trouble. I'm settling on blood red for now because I don't want a color that Elisabetta already uses. I see Elisabetta as having shiny armor while Rosemary's is dull. And Elisabe...

This is something of a reference sheet, though I'm thinking about giving her different costumes eventually. Since I only draw the comic in black and white, I rarely think about the color and focus more on the texture of things. It was a fun challenge to try and make the design.
