After this next update (v0.11.00) I begin work on Allie, So now is a good time to vote on the next set of three characters. No! Sister is not available. I'll be releasing her similarly to Principal Larson, and adding her to the game in segments. After Larson is complete. This vote will last until the end of the month.
I'll be collect and fixing all the bug reports tonight, and on 4pm (CST) tomorrow, I'll be releasing the 0.10.10 update to all $5+ Patrons, that finishes Samantha, fixes a few bugs, and completes the Mom wing of the Drunk event ^_^
