The main thing is that WIP Polls as you know it are being replaced with OC sketch requests. I'm still working out how it'll work.

I'm making an executive decision
I'm retroactively making the suggestion poll so that only the first place wins, but I'm keeping the current winners, so there won't be any suggestion polls until we've caught up. Two full color pieces plus a bunch of variants ended up being too much alongside the rest of my workload.
