Added a bunch of customizable titles to the 'Actions' pie menu when you click on your controlled sim. Hopefully this will give everyone more options when it comes to your gameplay and not just cater to those playing european royals.

I've officially finished the mod now, there are a few things that will be added in an update (i had to leave these out since they're the things that keep pushing the release farther and farther back), but i'm just working on adding all the things i've made for CAS and build/buy, finalizing everything and making a little trail...
