I made some changes to the lighting and re size the scale of the head, due to the camera angle she looks like a smurf hahaha, it should be more natural now.

Even though I fixed the noise issue, the key light makes the eyes too dark, and they are semiclose, so it is hard to see her eyes, but if I add a light on her face, everything else will look off.
Night scenes are hard, haha.
