I've been watching a lot of unwrapping tutorial videos, and developed a new process for unwrapping the models for the game. This translates to a much higher detail quality, as seen above.
This provides exciting possibilities for much higher detail in some much needed areas. The above texture is a WIP.

A huge focus of 0.9 is plants and crops, there's a big reason for that (well two big reasons, actually) but I'm keeping that mostly a secret until the time comes.
Many more trees and flowers will be added this update, as well as a new type of plant called a crop, which is basically just a flower that grows food over time.

Blocking out the General Store right now, it's got a bunch of shelves which generate random items when you walk in.
One of the things I'd like to have finished for 0.9 is the 3D town space, no more menu, but you will have to take the time to walk to town to go to shops when this is done.

Between finishing up the animations today I've been taking breaks to touch up the town, adding some things to sort of liven the place up. Some folks standing around, a guy on patrol, and of course these 3 just havin' some fun in the back alley.
