Currently the collectibles offer an easy and quick way to access hentai content early in the game, with a custom story. They offer animated scenes, but they're not with the main cast of heroines.
If collectibles are removed, I'd replace them with something similar involving princesses/nobilty to still show the protagoni...

I just finished coloring all of the outlines I've posted a few days ago, so the first scene is now complete. I've also prepared and did some of the next scene, which I am going to finish after I am done with this post (Spoiler: It's Akeno).

I have added an event system to the game: Sometimes, when you'll be in the hub, an event in one of the heroine's rooms (or in the house in general) will become available, it'll be either a small interaction or a whole scene which also unlocks a CG.
