The Shamisen Maker and Me - 1 Year Later

Almost exactly one year ago, this gentleman built me a custom shamisen.

While on YouTube, it was just a short series of three or so videos, this was a major stepping point in my life.

Getting the approval to upgrade it to a new Shamisen from the Yoshida Brothers, was basically like getting a clear acknowledgment h...

I Have No Choice...

But I have a damn good reason to try to be

Me sitting down to record a video:

"ok! its 11am, I'll shoot this quick 10 minute video and get to work!"

Me at 7 pm:

Full hour shoot + half-edit - start to re-record - break for lunch - re-record - edit - realize its still insanely long - re-edit - say "screw it! this is what this community is for" - export...
