I wanted an outfit that gave off Velma-vibes for some of my Halloween comics this year, so I combined the classic Velma turtle neck with a cute little tartan skirt. In the UK, if a black cat crosses your path, it's considered to be lucky - the complete opposite is the case in the US. So this comic doesn't work for my fellow Brits.
