Added a closed model of the egg, as apparently the previous model is still too hard to use.

Someone on discord sent me a blender file that can produce the MK11 color palette, so I updated the previous pack with it, as well as ported the Wargame outfit. However, messing with the color palettes took up too much time, so I had to postpone the gladiator bikini thing.
