Mayor at Glory Hole Grand Opening

Giving up on this one. It's not really finished, but it's as close as it'll get. I tried to make a nude alt, but it didn't work out. sorry. There are two alternative versions available for this pic: one without the ribbon, and one showing only the mayor, no environment at all.
