Here is the public final version which includes a few minor bug fixes and a new hidden ending! This will probably be the final update, except for any future bug fixes.
The new hidden ending is quite difficult to achieve through normal gameplay and requires some obsessive play. Even though it is 'hidden...
I think the ideal proportion is when the belly fat is roughly the same size as each individual breast.

I really wanted to finish this game by the deadline, but I couldn't make it.
