took a break from animating to work on some art for once. Making collage art is cool and all, but it takes forever. I'm finally drawing Zin and Luke alone together. I've been wanting to draw them together for a while considering they have a close friendship.

I just purchased CSP today so now I have access to the entire program. I still have a whole bunch of things I need to figure out till I get the hang of it.

I don't know if I want to label this episode as a short or just straight up episode 2 after episode 1 because It's about as long as the pilot was.

The audio and timing for this is really wonky, but don't worry it's not final and everything will be fixed and leveled later

Soap Opera - Nori and Zin Soundtrack

A piece of audio that was used in the pilot for the soap opera that plays in the background while they were watching TV. It's really hard to hear in the actual episode, but it's too good to be ignored, so here it is in its full glory.

episode 1 animation has started!

Finished animating the first shot for episode 1. Sorry updates have been slow lately. I attended a con during the weekend and I've been dealing with some shitty life stuff along with going through a lot of burnout lately. 

I'm trying to get back into the animation groove. Since this episode is longer than the pilot...

N&Z short update

Finished storyboarding the last scene for the short. I'll eventually get to recording the voice lines for this as well and share the storyboard in full. I don't know when since my main focus is episode 1 right now, But I am proud of this one and I wanna finish it even though it's just a side project

The episode's current run time is 8:35 which is a lot longer than I was expecting surprisingly. I might make some pacing and timing adjustments as soon as I start animating though.

Here's a check-in for what's been going on with the Nori and Zin episode 1.

All the voice lines are in and have been cut and edited. I spend the entire day working on them, but I've run into a roadblock with one of the character's lines. There were some audio issues so I'm trying to have that character's lines re-record...
