Races and Lineages of Worldspire Mark 3 Update

Hey everyone! Here is another big update to the races and lineages of the Worldspire Journal campaign setting. Here's a changelog: 

Ankahli: Removed Desert Life feature, added the ability to choose whether you explode into flame with the Fiery Rebirth feature. 

Bloodborn: No changes.
