D&Ws first dramatic chase scene? :) This was fun to do, though page 34 was optional in the script and I decided to release is as a double pager so as our readers don't spend a week looking at Maya chasing dogs.

I was initially not super sold on Io's idea for a touristy getup for this guy and wanted to go in a more "stock photo CIA guy" direction for it to be more readable, but I'm glad i did some more googling and found some inspiring refs.

Anyway, Io's final rewrite of this scene definitely improved my original draft and now we finally get to dig into some Dan's backstory we literally only brought up once in the entire comic several chapters ...

The Dates & Wires! Jack cameo no one asked for! This page was fun to work on, though i am worried these 3D backgrounds are gonna stand out like a sore thumb among the other stuff. But it's something i'll try to incorporate more often as my back and drawing appendages can only handle so much these days :')
