I retrained the lora model of the character I made a few days ago (with the same small dataset). I only changed a few training parameters and it's much more consistent now.

Tried making a Lora model for a consistent character. I think it came out pretty well for a first try.

First, I spent a few hours making images that had a similar character (by using almost the same prompts, only choosing the best results and lots of editing), then I used those to train the Lora.

Slightly changed the workflow, model and even the upscaler, I'm really happy with the results.

Sorry for the lack of larger NSFW sets recently! I want to try to improve the quality and character consistency before making new ones, hopefully it doesn’t take me too long.

First image on the new hardware, still very similar to my usual stuff, this one was made with the same workflow except with img2img at higher resolution so I didn't have to upscale it as much, it should have less imperfections and artifacts because of that, especially up-close.

First of all, thanks for your support, it’s been a huge help for me! 

I finally got new hardware and once I set everything up, I can try a lot new things like training models, using higher resolution, and a lot more. I’ll keep you updated on the progress.
