VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor. It's basically a system where a molecular layer of oil is deposited on every item in an enclosure to shield them from moisture and oxygen.
You've probably already come across them without realising exactly what they are.

These have been around for so long. I think most of these antenna scams originated in western countries and have been cloned to death by China.

I bought this during the pandemic, but didn't make a video about it because I felt that I had made too many ozone videos at that time.
It's an odd device that detects movement and then when the movement has finished it emits a small amount of ozone and other active air molecules into the surrounding air.
Having recently featured an identical looking module (with different circuitry) I felt the need to make a strikingly different thumbnail, as previous experience has shown that similar thumbnails and items makes people think they've already seen the video.
This is one of two very similar meters I bought from eBay, that both have slightly different circuitry.
The other meter will be explored in a different video.
It's reasonably functional meter, and is calibratable with a tiny potentiometer. (using an insulated tool)
