• 2 oz. (60ml) Gin

• 0.75 oz. (22.5ml) Lemon Juice

• 0.75 oz. (22.5ml) Simple Syrup

• 5 Fresh Raspberries

Recipe:

-3 oz fresh orange juice

-2.5 oz sparkling water

-1 oz ginger shrub

Fill glass with desired amount of ice. Add orange juice, shrub, then pour sparkling water.  Stir well.
