New Changes

ok guys, based on your feedback I made some changes to Chapter 45 and 46. Specially I made the Witgar fight a lot more epic. 

With this in mind, I feel like the ending of 45 is a bit more satisfying than before. If you re-read 46 and find it now a bit overkill please do let me know if you think the book could be cut short...
