1/15/2018 - I love waking up to all your encouraging messages. They motivate me to dive in and start filling up early and then keep it up until bedtime. I've got a couple videos to post today too.

I need to add a dedicated arm routine into the mix, but this is what I'm doing for now. I try to do slow, controlled sets where I can stop the weight at any point in the motion. This seems to help me more than throwing around heavy weights and it's a pretty zen experience too.
