Let the Rebuilding Begin

New Life

It's been crazy these past couple weeks! I was offered and accepted a new job and I packed my bags and hit the road. The best part is that I can now walk to work, the gym, and a ton of great places to eat. I'm signing up for the gym tomorrow to start adding back some size. I'm ready for it.

Post Lunch

I don't have the urge to eat big anymore or so I thought. It seems like once I get pretty full, that's when the urge to start really packing it in hits. I'm going to start eating more again, I think the extra fuel will help in the gym too. If nothing else, I'll just regain some weight, right?

Post Gym

Taking a break from the gym still feels right. I think I've gone about four times over the past two months. Strength levels have fallen some, but it's not something I worry about. I think I'll join a new gym soon; ready for a change of scenery to maybe spark my motivation again.

I got a phone call yesterday asking me back for the second round of interviews for the job I applied for AND I should be signing my loan this week for the vacation rental. After drifting into darkness for a while, I'm happy to say I'm feeling better again. I lifted at the gym today for the first time in about two weeks and I'll get some pictures uploaded this evening. Thanks for your patience as I had my mental reboot 🤖 🌩
