I got back around midnight last night so today it's back into the regular routine. I felt like a chunker in the airport and especially so on the plane!
Even pressed against the window, I was still wider than the seat and pressed into the guy beside me the whole flight.
We had our Easter lunch and I immediately needed a nap afterwards and then I just had a little more to eat, and now I'm laying in bed again feeling big and cuddly ๐

I went to bed last night just a few ounces shy of 248. An unexpected tip that has really helped me lately is going to bed early each night.
It helps in the gym, it helps with eating and cooking motivation, it's really just an all-over boost for life.
It's a huge stress relief to not worry about ...

I woke up early before work just to have a big breakfast. Six eggs, a big muffin, and a banana. Then I'm taking snacks and a shake to work.

Everything is getting tighter and I want more still. Last night I reached 247.2, just five pounds away from my heaviest ever. I want to break into my record weight this month and start May bigger than I've been in my life!

I'm replacing the huge stuffings all at once with a more marathon style eating with breaks and then more food off and on for the evening. It's a nice upgrade in total calories and makes it somewhat easier while still resulting in a nice, stuffed feeling at the end.

The extra weight is starting to show, I've got a couple comments lately on the size! I noticed too that I can't stand facing the shower without my arms touching the wall and shower curtain too. It's nice to see the numbers on the scale increase, and even better when other people and the environment let you know you're porking...
