I really wanted to start off on the right foot, so I went over the thumbnails multiple times. As you can see, the end result stuck really closely to these final thumbnails.

It's quite a ways away, but I needed promotional art of other major characters in Nix. So I drew the Chapter 3 cover art extremely early!
And now you can see how the final design for Kay turned out.
I might tweak this art later when it comes time to actually use it as a cover.
