Weights shooting back up again after a long period of working hard. I went from 240 to 250 in a week of active bulking. Feeling good going forward. It totally makes sense now why construction workers can be so fat. I used to think, "How the hell can they be so big when they move so much?" Well, the answer is easy now. Between the long shifts and being so tired from the day, all I end up doing is plopping myself down with a nice big meal to make up for the day.
