I really am just always working on Rouge figures these days. At this point I can bang one (or two in this case) out in a couple days. These were made using a Dr. Halsey figure and 3D printed parts, so not a single Jazwares piece was used in the making of these figures.

sometimes when I make Omega I leave the Optimus head intact until the end (It has to be cut in half in order to fit inside Omega's head) which makes this hilarious new Optimus (or Nemesis in this case) body.

I know it looks like the one made with a Silver torso is much shorter, but you also have to remember how the legs actually attach, on Silver they attach below while on Dr. Halsey they attach on the sides.
