Peach Walking Commission

2,5D test part 2

I´ve tweaked this a bit. The main problem was the flatness, more noticeable in the side limits. So I´ve made the "sprites" to look at the camera so the characters planes never squashes. However the fact that the planes always face to the camera makes them to turn too much till the dropped shadow skews to disappear.

A 2,5D test

Testing 2d animated characters over a reflective plain surface with shadows and motion blur. Maybe I´m going to use this technique in an ongoing commission.
