Found this gem while searching through sketches. I think the quote was from a real exchange at a comic con, but I have no idea where or when. This didn’t make the cut for Volume 4, but I’ll share it here because I love Angela and Winifred’s “getting away with swearing” faces.

Aww, wasn't this a sweet little story? The throwaway gag about confusing multiple meanings of the word "club" comes back around to a touching (IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF) commentary about friendship. We finally enter the club, and meet Deuce and Roriko! I made this in 2014, when it was both too late and too early for a Ringu reference to be relevant. But a Japanese gothic lolita ghost was too good to pass up, as was a special appearance by the female Cenobite in the last panel.
