Salarian (WIP)

Decided to model her face markings after Pathfinder Raeka. I also had a bit of fun with some extra "outfits," couldn't resist drawing a few that emphasized the bottom half.  :)

Pretty much done with the base drawing, but I'll probably tweak the colors a bit as I finish the outfits.

Still crawling along. Got some shading in on the gun and worked up a bit of a skin texture. Not sure how I feel about it, but I figured I'd at least post my progress.

Hey all, sorry it's been a while since my last update. I've had to put a lot of time into my day job and haven't had much time to work on art. Here's where I'm at with the coloring. It will probably still take a while to finish, but I'm hoping to have everything done before the end of the month.

Lineart's done! Man that gun was a pain in the ass but I think it was worth it. Also I guess I invented the closest thing salarians have to high-heels...they'll make more sense once it's colored. I hope.

Went with pose #5, since it was more interesting but didn't pose as many anatomy issues. Still a pain in the ass though...I'm noticing things to fix even as I'm posting this.

Anyhow, this is where I'm at.

Getting close to finished with the shading. Hair always takes me forever but this time I did it a bit differently. Happy with the results so far.

So the lineart is pretty much finished, and the base colors will still need some adjustment but this is where I'm at so far. Haven't decided exactly how I'm going to treat the moon and the rest of the background, but I'm happy with the composition.

I still need to do the gold chains, but they're going to be a biiiiiiiitch...
