While I am still in the expected window for the delivery of my new hard drive to the repair shop, it is at the end of said window. That being the case, I hope it will arrive today, and my computer will be repaired in the new couple of days.

The repair shop confirmed that the hard drive died. (I'm not surprised.) On order is a 4TB HDD, which should arrive between this Thursday and Monday of next week. Once received, I was told the install should be very quick. I hope to be up and running by next week.
