I used quite a few layers for colors but that was just so I could easily keep clothing, skin, and tentacles separate.

House Updates - the sixening

The repair guys have managed to find the leak in the pipe. They were worried it was a slab leak (below concrete) and fortunately it's not, it's in the wall just before the underground part of the pipe.

They've chiseled away the brick so the plumber can get to the leak to repair it. That shouldn't take long, once he's scheduled...

Shantae - Read (Animation Test)

Just a quick test of this rig. It's only used at one angle (with one head turn) so this is all that's needed to test it.

Super simple, just gotta make Rotty's basic build and then I can start creating the intro scene!

And note that while this is SFW, the full animation definitely will NOT be.

New month, woo.

First up, house repairs. The abatement team came by today and cleared out the asbestos. We need to wait for that to dry, then the plumber can fix the broken pipe, and then the restoration team can rebuild our kitchen so we can get our sink and stove and dishwasher back. Hopefully it doesn't take too much longer...
