This one is weird.  I'm going to try to make this a thing for part 4 or 5.

The werm that infests the stomach replaces the tongue.  It anchors itself in the stomach and extends up the front of the esophagus (not pictured accurately here).  The werm then replaces the tongue, acting and looking like a tongue...

Release 1.0 - the game is  now out of beta.  There are still a few bugs here or there but for the most part everything has been cleaned up and we are now working on the next chapters.
