About 5 hours to draw this up. $200 for something like this, $350 for two characters. I’ve seen other people charge crazy low rates like “$100 for full figure color!!” But that ain’t enough to live on. Know your worth folks! For me personally, with the day job and the money/time balance, $200-$350 feels right.

Do linework, flats, shade it (maybe explore light in a more special way?) then add some text with “hey we doin commissions gimme yo dough” or something like that.
