I'm not censoring the sketch... sorry if zombie dong offends anyone. Pretty straight forward sketch here. I'm getting happy with George's look, especially panels one and three... but John is going to have to have a makeover before long. This strip and the last few he's been in have made me not too keen on his "look".

September items

I'm thinking that September's print isn't going to be Zombie Roomie related. I need to do some more "fan art" kinda prints for conventions and I'm thinking I'll knock one of them out for this month. Just an FYI. The wallpaper will still be ZR based... I'm thinking something Zombie-man with lots of halftones.

George in panel two as a copy/paste with minimal changes so he wasn't re-sketched. Panel three was originally done at the same scale as the previous two panels, but when it came time for colors I blew up the ink lines and background/foreground elements since they were both at the same height for this panel.

Hey folks... since we hit the second milestone I was wondering if we should shoot for a $200 one. If you have ideas that could make the website better or something let me know and we can get it set as a new milestone to work toward.

Not Zombie Roomie related! I've been commissioned to do art for a podcast/review site. This is one of the hosts and the final image will involve him and the other running from zombies attacking their apartment. Included is his reference... it's not a perfect portrait, but more my interpretation of him in a quasi-ZR based style.

Granny's expressions seemed wrong after I put the dialogue in... so I went in and swapped her around in the panels. Three became one, two became three, and one became two. The original panel three was just an expression change of the original panel one, so she didn't get a full sketch.

Wallpaper update

It's coming together slowly. I've got two of the four figures inked to where I like and one is sketched okay... one more is very loose still. Maybe Thursday I'll be ready to get it to you... but definitely this week.

Fairly straight forward sketch. The background and urinal wall were all created at the finished state so they didn't get sketched.
