[UPDATE] MGS3 Snake

This is an update to my MGS3 Mod pack of Naked Snake. It now has proper cloth materials as textures that match the style of Smash Bros. Ultimate. 

Gave some fixes to some of the 3D model, like meshes, textures and rigging overall.
I will be updating this again sometime, but the mod is nearly as complete as ever....
