Nail guns most infiltrator use in the comic doesn't have many technological components, so they won't turn off or their safety mechanisms won't be affected by technician skills heh.
anyway, it's a bit silly... but Tech guys need to have some way to affect soldiers, all I can think of is the signal or whatever thing used...

it's an exoskeleton design for this guy, not a full body armor, but I got to say it's difficult to make.
I also considered making the suit a mech (seen in concepts)
expect this to be done, eventually :)
